Eastgate was appointed as main contractor to transform the North and South entrance foyers to this substantial and desirable apartment complex in the heart of Chelsea.

The subtle and calm foyers were designed by the highly regarded practice, David Hales Design Studio based in Surrey, with whom Eastgate collaborated to produce an exquisitely refurbished environment for the occupants of Pier House.
